Satisfaction
If you are not
totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
This must
be sent to us in writing, either by post or email.
Please return the goods
unused and in original packing. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as Enamel Craft cannot be held responsible
for the non-receipt of returns. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We
will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less postage, within 14 days starting with the day on
which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing or by email from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
